Missing in Fedora package repository, but IM project compilation expects it by default

Checked using my `dnf` command listing packages and dnf dragora searching using terms like `Flash`, `PIX`, and `fpx`, along with the URL https://packages.fedoraproject.org/search?query=...., and a `provides` with `*/fpxlib.h`

Is this desired, to have the package added to the repository, or to disable the default compilation expectation?
