Make PathwayBrowser really work in that new context

You need to check all redirections that we are doing in PathwayBrowser, because we used to redirect almost everywhere to the root, while you added a /PathwayBrowser prefix.

Not working at the moment that I could see:

• double click on reacfoam cell
• tooltips position for the cr-object-tree or most element in genereal it seems
• http://localhost:4200/PathwayBrowser/R-HSA-9839373?path=R-HSA-162582;R-HSA-9006936&tab=details Not working (some problem with DatePipe)
• Don't put the reaction diagram in the details tab version probably of reaction upon selection. • Breadcrumbs home button redirects to wrong place

Hum yeah sorry that wasn't highly explicit. In the pathway Browser, you don't want to have the reaction diagram in the details panel when selecting a reaction. The interactive view is the main window, isolating the reaction on the bottom pannel doesn't bring much, is redundant, and takes a lot of space in an already tight area. It should be like the Locations in the PathwayBrowser, and only be visible from the details page perspective I think.
