A need for Intl.DurationFormat.prototype.formatRange

The web need a range format for duration.

Use case:
A .This is particular useful to indicate a duration of presentation in a video or music

For example, when a research paper need to mention a particular part of interview in a YouTube video in MLA or APA format

The feature request in mozilla @eemeli cited is for reader application of how long it will take to read long book:

When viewing a long text, such as here, in reader mode, a time in hours and minutes (i.e. "49 hr 28 min–62 hr 54 min," or something like "49–63 hours") would be more helpful than a time in just minutes ("2,968–3,774 minutes"), as is displayed currently.

I believe in order for the need to be justified for ECMA402, we need to prove the following

1. There are broad range of resonable usage on the web
2. The formatting is different per locale
3. There were prior art
4. The additional data load is reasonable

'49–63 hours' could currently be formatted by

fm = new Intl.NumberFormat("en", {style: "unit", unit: "hour", unitDisplay: "long", maximumFractionDigits: 0})
fm.formatRange(2968/60, 3774/60)

"2,968–3,774 minutes" could currently be formatted by

fm = new Intl.NumberFormat("en", {style: "unit", unit: "minute", unitDisplay: "long"})
fm.formatRange(2968, 3774)

what we currently is missing is to deal with a duration range which has more than one unit
